Before Gig Healthcare existed, our founders spent years building and leading workforce solutions and MSP programs inside traditional staffing companies, including FEMA deployments, state health department crisis response, strikes and labor disruptions, and the COVID-19 surge. The programs worked. The processes behind them did not. Clinician starts, credentials, rates, and reporting were tracked manually across spreadsheets that broke the moment a program grew.

That is where the real problem became clear. What passed for scale was often just more people doing the work manually. When volume spiked, the process broke first. Clinicians waited for someone to return a call. Facilities waited for someone to piece together a report. And because nobody could see the entire program, nobody could clearly see the numbers behind it.

So we built the staffing partner we would have wanted to buy from. GigOS is the operating system behind that service, connecting recruiting, credentialing, communication, rates, and reporting in one loop, with two honest views of the same numbers.
